Q1: Is your PTFE tube made from virgin material or recycled resin? How do you ensure purity?
A1: We use 100% virgin PTFE resin without any regrind or additives. Each batch comes with the original material data sheet, and third-party purity test reports are available upon request to guarantee batch-to-batch consistency.

Q2: Is this tube suitable for food or pharmaceutical applications? Can you provide FDA documentation?
A2: Yes. Our virgin PTFE complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1550 for food contact and pharmaceutical use. Each batch is supplied with a FDA declaration of compliance, along with MSDS and ROHS/REACH certificates.

Q3: Can you machine non-circular sections (e.g., oval, square) or tubes with flanged ends?
A3: Standard tubes are round, but we can perform secondary machining based on your 2D drawings (PDF/CAD) or 3D models (IGES/STEP) to produce shaped tubes, stepped bores, flanged or flared ends - all without the need for dedicated molds.

Q4: Can the roundness and straightness meet automatic assembly line requirements?
A4: Yes. We can control roundness (typically ≤ 0.5% of OD) and straightness (≤ 0.5 mm per meter). For tight automated insertion, tighter custom standards can be set - please specify when ordering.

Q5: Do you support small-batch trial production, and what technical documents are needed?
A5: Yes, small-batch samples are welcome. Simply provide your required ID, OD, length, tolerance, and any special end finishing needs. For complex shapes, please supply CAD or STEP files.

Q6: Is this tube suitable for ultrapure water or electronic-grade chemicals? Is there any risk of ion leaching?
A6: Virgin PTFE is inherently pure with extremely low extractables, making it common in semiconductor and photovoltaic high-purity fluid transfer. However, we recommend performing leaching tests based on your specific fluid and temperature - we can supply compatibility reference data to assist.
