Q1: What dimensional and hole pattern parameters can you customize?
A1: We can customize overall size (length, width, thickness), micro-hole diameters (minimum 0.5mm), hole spacing, arrangement patterns (linear, concentric, irregular arrays), and internal flow channels (single or multi-layer). Simply provide 2D (PDF/CAD) or 3D (IGES/STEP) drawings, and we will machine to your specifications.

Q2: What precision and surface finish can be achieved for micro-holes?
A2: Hole diameter tolerance can be controlled within ±0.02mm, and positional tolerance within ±0.05mm. Internal wall surface roughness can reach Ra ≤ 0.8μm, ensuring smooth fluid flow, no stagnation, and reduced clogging risk.

Q3: What chemicals can this PTFE manifold plate resist?
A3: Virgin PTFE offers excellent chemical inertness, withstanding most strong acids, strong alkalis, organic solvents, and oxidizers. It is suitable for corrosive fluids, high-purity reagents, and semiconductor chemical distribution systems.

Q4: What is the continuous operating temperature range for this distribution plate?
A4: PTFE can operate stably from -200°C to +260°C continuously, with short-term peaks up to +280°C. Thus it suits high-temperature reactor feeds, steam-traced lines, and cryogenic processes.

A5: Yes. With multi-axis CNC equipment, we can produce right-angle, inclined, blind holes, and intersecting channels for complex distribution functions. Please provide a complete 3D model for evaluation.

Q6: Are there any burrs or residues inside the micro-holes? How is cleanliness ensured?
A6: We use special tools and optimized cutting parameters, combined with deburring processes, to ensure burr-free and smooth hole mouths and walls. Post-machining ultrasonic cleaning and DI water rinsing guarantee high cleanliness, and cleanliness test reports are available upon request.

Q7: Is this product compliant with FDA, ROHS, REACH? Can you supply certificates?
A7: Yes. The PTFE resin meets FDA 21 CFR 177.1550, and we provide ROHS and REACH conformity declarations, as well as MSDS technical data sheets, facilitating use in medical, food, pharmaceutical, and other regulated industries.
