Q1: What is the long-term continuous service temperature of this PTFE tubing, and what peak temperature can it withstand briefly?
A1: The continuous service temperature is up to 260°C, with short-term thermal cycling peaks up to 300°C. Within this range, the tubing maintains adequate rigidity and pressure resistance for high-temperature fluid transfer and heat exchanger applications.

Q3: Is this high-temperature PTFE tubing suitable for steam or hot water systems? Will it hydrolyse?
A3: PTFE offers excellent hydrolysis resistance and can be used in saturated steam above 200°C without degradation, making it ideal for steam tracing lines and hot water circulation.

Q4: Does the tubing creep or deform easily at high temperatures? How to prevent that?
A4: PTFE does creep, but proper wall thickness design, adequate support, or braided reinforcement can effectively control it. We can calculate safe wall thickness based on your pressure and temperature, and offer reinforcement options.

Q5: Can you provide FDA, ROHS, and REACH compliance documents for each batch?
A5: Yes. Each batch can be supplied with FDA 21 CFR 177.1550 declaration, MSDS safety data sheet, and ROHS/REACH compliance reports, facilitating your food, pharmaceutical, and export regulatory requirements.

Q6: How smooth is the inner surface of your tubing? Is it suitable for high-purity or fouling-prone media?
A6: The extruded inner surface achieves Ra ≤0.4 μm with very low friction, resisting adhesion and scaling, ideal for high-purity chemicals, viscous materials, and crystallizing fluids.

Q7: What connection methods are available, and do you offer pre-finished flaring or flanging?
A7: Common connections include flanges, ferrule fittings, or flared ends. We can pre-machine flared, expanded, or flanged ends per your drawing for fast on-site installation.

Q8: Do you support sample testing before bulk orders, and what do I need to provide for samples?
A8: Yes. Simply provide your required dimensions (or CAD/PDF sketch) and operating conditions, and we will machine a small batch for your testing. Samples receive the same material traceability and inspection reports, ensuring a smooth transition to mass production.
