The PEEK rod manufactured with continuous extrusion process has better and more stable properties.It is widely used for making components in small quantity or big size which can't be manufactured through mold injection.Our rod varied from diameter 1mm to 250mm,the length is usually 1000mm or 2000mm,we can also make the length according to the need of customer.We have in stock over 100 dimension molds for the rod extrusion.

A: PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone) rod is a high-performance specialty engineering plastic profile, manufactured from pure PEEK resin through an extrusion process. Its core characteristics are outstanding: firstly, it can operate stably for long periods at 260ºC and withstand up to 300ºC for short durations; secondly, it possesses mechanical strength comparable to metal, with tensile strength reaching 90-116MPa. Additionally, it offers excellent chemical resistance (resistant to almost all acids, bases, and organic solvents), inherent flame retardancy, and superb wear resistance and fatigue resistance.

3. Q: Are PEEK rods FDA compliant? Can they be used in the food or medical industries?
A: Yes, specific PEEK grades are FDA compliant.
