Q2: What thickness range is available? Can nonstandard thicknesses be customized?
A: Standard thickness ranges from 1mm to 100mm. The molded process primarily covers medium to thick sheets of 10-100mm, while the skived process focuses on thin sheets of 1-10mm. We support custom thicknesses based on customer drawings, and post machining can achieve thickness tolerances within ±0.05mm.

A: Skived sheets offer excellent surface flatness with thickness tolerances typically within ±0.05-0.10mm.
