1. Q: Can PEEK tube withstand long-term high-temperature service? What is its maximum continuous use temperature?
   A: Yes. PEEK offers excellent thermal stability, with a maximum continuous use temperature of 260°C in air, while maintaining high mechanical strength and dimensional stability.

2. Q: Do you provide medical-grade or food-contact-grade PEEK tubes?
   A: Yes. We can supply medical-grade PEEK tubes conforming to ISO 10993 for implantable or external medical devices, as well as FDA and EU food-contact compliant grades for pharmaceutical and food industry applications.

3. Q: What dimensional tolerances can be achieved for PEEK tubes used in precision instruments or hydraulic systems?
   A: Standard tolerances are within ±0.05 mm. For higher precision requirements, we can control outer and inner diameter tolerances to ±0.02 mm, meeting the stringent demands of aerospace, semiconductor equipment, and precision hydraulics.

4. Q: How does rigid PEEK tube perform at low temperatures? Does it become brittle?
   A: PEEK retains excellent toughness even at extremely low temperatures. It does not become brittle at -50°C or lower, making it suitable for cryogenic engineering, LNG applications, and polar equipment.

5. Q: Is PEEK tube prone to cracking or delamination during secondary machining (cutting, turning, drilling)?
   A: PEEK has good machinability, but it is recommended to use sharp carbide or diamond tools with appropriate cooling. We can provide pre-machining services or suggest machining parameters to avoid stress cracking or delamination.
