PTFE Filled 40% Bronze Gasket is a high-performance sealing material made from PTFE filled with 40% bronze, offering excellent chemical inertness and mechanical strength. It operates from -200°C to +260°C, resists chemical corrosion, and withstands high-pressure environments (up to 20 MPa). Bronze filling enhances wear resistance and compressive strength, with a hardness of Shore D 60-65, ensuring long-term sealing. Widely used in chemical, oil, and pharmaceutical industries, it is ideal for sealing high-pressure pumps, valves, and pipelines. With a bronze color, density of 2.3 g/cm³, and customizable thickness, it is a reliable and versatile sealing solution.

 PTFE has superior properties against chemical(not affected by all chemicals except molten alkali metal and fluorine at elevated temperature) and temperature(from - 180ºC ~ +250ºC)The coefficient of static and dynamic friction of PTFE are every low.PTFE is the best of the "non-stick"material. It has excellent anti weathering and aging characteristics.
