A1: We use 100% virgin PTFE resin without plasticizers, stabilizers, or release agents. Extrusion is carried out in a clean environment, and the smooth, non-porous inner surface does not leach ions or particles, maintaining fluid integrity.
Q2: What chemicals can this tube handle, and what are the maximum temperature and pressure?
A2: PTFE is inert to almost all acids, alkalis, organic solvents, and oxidizers. Continuous service temperature ranges from -200°C to +260°C. Pressure rating depends on wall thickness and support; typical working pressure is up to 4 MPa, with design calculations available upon request.
Q3: What is the inner surface roughness, and does it affect particle shedding in high-purity liquids?
A3: The extruded inner surface typically achieves Ra ≤ 1.6 μm, which is smooth enough to reduce fluid retention and particle adhesion, effectively minimizing contamination risks for semiconductor and pharmaceutical applications.
