A1: The key differences are extremely low metal ion extraction, ultra-low particle shedding, and strict cleanliness control. We use virgin resin with special purification processes, resulting in smooth inner surfaces and organic/inorganic contaminant levels far below SEMI standards, making it suitable for sensitive processes like wafer cleaning and chemical mechanical polishing.
Q2: Is this hard tube suitable for ultrapure water (UPW) and aggressive chemicals?
A2: Yes. Pure PTFE is completely inert to UPW, hydrofluoric acid, sulfuric acid, and other common semiconductor chemicals - introducing no ionic contamination or corrosion by-products. The rigid structure also supports fluid pressure safely.
Q3: What are the working temperature and pressure ranges?
A3: Continuous service temperature is -200°C to +260°C, with short-term peaks up to +300°C. Maximum working pressure at room temperature depends on wall thickness and diameter - typically 1.0-2.0 MPa (145-290 psi). We can provide pressure ratings for specific dimensions.
Q4: How does precision molding ensure dimensional consistency and roundness?
A4: We use advanced precision molds and controlled molding processes. Outer diameter tolerance can reach ±0.05 mm, inner diameter ±0.10 mm, and roundness within 0.05 mm. Each batch is verified by CMM to ensure perfect matching with fittings, valves, and flow meters.

A5: Yes. We offer cut-to-length service and end treatments such as chamfering, square-cut, flaring, or flanging to facilitate connections with ferrule, flare, or flange fittings - without additional machining.
