GRAPHITE CARBON FILLED PTFE GASKET FOR VALVES
Produced by molding and mechanical processing of suspension PTFE resin.

CATEGORIES:
Fill different materials according to customers' requirement, such as carbon powder, polystyrene, glass fiber, graphite, copper powder, etc.

FILLED PTFE MATERIAL:

Glass Fiber	Increases compressible strength, rigidity and wear. Reduces creep and cold flow Minimal effect on chemical and electrical properties
Carbon	Increases compressible strength, hardness, wear, and load properties. Good chemical resistance Various types and amounts of carbon can be added to alter conductivity
Graphite	Reduces coefficient of friction Reduces initial wear Increases strength
Molybdenum Disulfide	Increases hardness, stiffness, and wear Minimal effect on chemical and electrical properties
Polybenzoate	Improve the creep resistance, dimensional stability,high temperature;
Bronze	Increases hardness and wear resistance Increases dimensional stability and compressive strength Not suitable for corrosive or electrical applications

2. 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.

3. Lead time: 15 days after received deposi for 2 tons.

4. Delivery way: By sea, By air, By EMS, DHL,UPS,TNT, FedEX.

For Bulk order
